Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur with carriers.

3. Local Delivery & Pickup
If you live beyond 10 miles, you can:

Arrange to meet us closer to Mission, or

Use our standard shipping service.

After checkout, we’ll text you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the U.S. (and internationally if applicable).

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
