Shipping Policy

At 3F Sisters Collective, we aim to get your items to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During high-volume sales or holidays, processing may take longer.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur with carriers.

3. Local Delivery & Pickup

If you live beyond 10 miles, you can:

  • Arrange to meet us closer to Mission, or

  • Use our standard shipping service.

  • After checkout, we’ll text you to arrange a convenient delivery time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within the U.S. (and internationally if applicable).

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted locations.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

7. Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
